Clearly you have idiots that work for Gerry Lane ! I had an oil change and tire rotation with a nail in my driverside tire that could be seen & NOONE noticed because the service guy did not check my tires as he should have

I had an appt for an oil change and battery replacement. They were also going to check a noise the tires were making, but they couldn't find anything and this shouldn't have taken much time. Dropped car off at the appt time on 5/16 @ 10am and it wasn't ready until 5/17 end of day what is the point of having an appt if it takes so long for something that shouldn't have taken more than a few hours?

My car there for a week being worked on, they called said it was ready I could come pick it up. Luckily it got me to my residence because once I got there cut it off then attempt to start it again, what I took it there for was still happening . Paid my money for what!!!!!!!!!!
