Once I received my vehicle back. I noticed they left oil on the new oil filter and all over my oil pan. I expected more meaning I expected them to take good care of my vehicle. My windows were left down and I had dirt all inside my vehicle. Also my oil reset was not performed. I���m not pleased with my visit

Dealership was just opening but well staffed and responsive. Our salesman, Larry Dunn quickly found the truck we were interested in and gave quick rundown on its features. Negotiations were direct but friendly until an agreement was reached. All employees were friendly and genuinely seemed to appreciate us being there.

It took a total of 15 mins to fix the issue. It took 3 hours of waiting before they got to my car. If the guy would not have told me a few minutes, I would���ve went home. But my drive left at 8:01 bc of the man telling me it won���t take but a few mins. Not 180 mins waiting and 15 for it to be completed. Time is way off. Everyone I spoke was not happy with the wait. Need to do better than that.
