My 2021 GMC AT4 3.0l diesel had broken belt due to a bad tensioner. My truck had 38,000 miles just out of the bumper to bumper warranty. I asked the manger if he do anything for me since it was barely out of warranty and he contacted GMC and the took care of me.

Jill was very helpful and apologetic that it took so long for my request to be fulfilled. I didn’t have an appointment (not that would’ve mattered because I’ve had one of those before and it took just as long), and I really don’t mind waiting, but the wait time has always been an issue.
