I shouldn't had to come back for the post to be put on my battery if this was done when battery was installed could have same me a trip......but I did go to work on time because of the porter and was picked up.that was great service
Scheduled an apt for my 2016 Yukon Denali with Gerry Lane due to noise in my front end and another mechanic shop telling me that my front shocks are bad. Dropped my car off the day before the apt informing them that I will need to pick up the vehicle by the end of the next day when the service was scheduled. Made multiple calls throughout the day of the service to get status and kept getting the run-around. Finally, at 300PM, I found out that the mechanic was just starting to look at the vehicle. He determined that my shocks were bad which thats what I already informed them was the issue and then I discover that Gerry Lane doesn't even have the shocks in stock and can't get for a few days. They proceed to change my oil and rotate tires as this was on the list to do. I decided then that Gerry Lane is not a place I plan to do business with or recommend to my friends, family, or company I work for. Very disappointed with the results and hope others don't have the same issues.

Purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and it wouldn’t start on Monday. Called my salesman, who responded immediately. Took it to the service dept and was seen immediately. Battery was replaced and service was excellent.

I brought my vehicle into service and immediately I was waited on i had to leave my vehicle to have Service done on it i was giving a A loaner vehicle They fixed my vehicle and everything is great thanks Gerry Lane And to everyone that played a part in the Service department .
