The entire experience was easy, pleasurable, and second to none. From the sales person (Kerwin and Keiokie) to the sales manager (Jimmy) and the finance manager (Mark). All four are top notch and they represent the best of customer service and they ensured that my experience was first class. Truly awesome!!!!
my wife came home and and told me the seat in her Buick Lacrosse was broke and I said broke I said take it to Gerry Lane now.we drove it over to the shop our service advisor name was Jeff he greeted my wife very kind and professional my wife told Jeff what what was wrong with the seat in the car and two other things needed to be checked she also told Jeff she had death in the family and he told my wife I will try to get your car repaired and back to you soon as I can Jeff stayed in touch with us got us rental great Job Jeff and service dept.

The service reps were friendly. My complaint is that I asked for the car wash following an oil change. When they called me to tell me my car was ready to pick up, I asked if my car had been washed. “Yes sir,” was the reply. Assuming they washed it like they said, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed it had not been washed. It’s not a big deal, but when I ask to have them wash it, then ask if it was done, I do not expect to be lied to twice.
