My experience at your dealership was utterly unacceptable. I endured an agonizing nearly 3-hour wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation, only to be slapped with a $40 charge for the latter. On top of that, despite explicit instructions to check on a part ordered for warranty work, there's absolutely no record of the order. Now, I'm forced to make another trip for the truck to be looked at under warranty. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is outrageous.

Checked my Yukon in @ 7:55AM for oil change; it was officially entered @ 8:47AM; told it would be 3 hours; time on invoice was 2:07PM & GL license plate was not put on nor was sticker for next oil change!!

I had a flat tire and my husband was at the service line at 7:00 AM. They called several hours later to say they could patch the flat. That was fine. I paid, picked up my car and drove home to get an alert that the tire that was repaired had a pressure of 37 and the other tires 28 and 29. I got an email this morning alerting me to make an appointment. There are NO appointments today so I will be taking time out of my day to deal with this when you all should have checked all of my tire pressure. Basic check. Very dissatisfying.

My car was dropped off via tow truck on a Saturday. Could not get anyone on the phone as the place was closed for inventory like really what r they inventorying there tools? Come Monday nothing, Tues was told would be ready that evening. By end of the day nothing. Wens no phone call nothing. I called wens evening and was put on hold while the part is located and then get told would be ready the next morning. By Thurs evening no call no nothing. I called and was told it was finished finally. Nothing major getting fixed just a module replacement. Should not have taken almost an entire week to get changed out. And lack of communication made the experience even worse.

It took more than a week at the dealership for the service department to even look at my vehicle. It could not be reliably driven and no rental was authorized during the period it was in the shop. The service was terrible.

I was disappointed in my last maintenance visit, here's why: I showed up at 6:30 AM second in line before the opening of the service center for a 7:00 AM appointment. After waiting approximately 2 1/2 hours and noticing other customers who came after me leaving , I saw my vehicle parked in the lot. Had I not noticed it and went to the attendant, who knows how long they would have let me sit there without alerting me it was ready. In addition, when attempting to use the GMC $10.00 service coupon with the attendant and casher, it was not accepted. Each said that the other must accept it, so I didn't purse it any further. Believe me the $10.00 won’t hurt me, but it just added to the negative experience. I did get my oil changed and tires rotated as requested and have no issue with the work or the tech's that conducted the work. However, my time is as valuable as anyone’s, and customer service is very important to me. With that said I'm not likely to return with other more convenient options available.
