I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE LEFT IT FOR 2 DAYS AND GOT IT BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR, AND WHEN I EMAILED THE SERVICE MANGER TO LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND ARRANGE A LOANER VEHICLE NEVER RESPONDED

Brought truck in for a scheduled apointment to have a seat replaced and the job they did which was put a new seat cover on instead of replacing the seat in a brand new 2019 GMC sierra was a poor job. Seat cover all loose and wrinkled on a brand new leather seat in a brand new $53,000.00 truck. Took way too long to return back to me and when it was returned it was a very poor job. I would have more pride in my work and never return a vehicle in the shape it was returned in. It will be coming back as soon as I get a chance to be without a full size truck again. Giving Gerry Lane one more chance to make this right

Well. I got a tire rotation and drove off the property with three lugs off and two not tightened on my rear right rim. It damaged my rim and could have caused an accident. The headset situation has not been fixed, they still do not work. I read the work order and it read head phoned not for vehicle order new ones. This is the 7th time the resolution to my head phoned has been order new ones and I feel like they are just waiting for my warranty to go out so they don't have to deal with it. During my time there, the wait was hours and not the service manager but the warranty manager was very dis respectful. Very bad experience but mostly the fact that I could have been seriously injured with the rim situation and the service manager offered me new rim and car detail. The new rim was taken care of but the detail was horrible. Very dissatisfied and leaning away from GMC if this what service continues like. This is my 3rd visit with issues and 8th with head phones.

I have dealt with Gerry Lane Buick and various salesmen in the past two years. The dealership and salesmen are always very courteous and customer service oriented. I traded in my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali Truck to purchase a newer 2019 Denali. My salesman was outstanding!. Any and all questions asked were answered with specific details while scrolling through the features of the Truck.. When I left with my new 2019 GMC Sierra Denali, I was one satisfied customer.

Got to the dealership at 6:25 AM they open @ 7:00 didn't start taking cars in until 7:10. I came in for a oil change and a tires rotation. Brought car out so the lady Tonya came up to me and told me she forgot to tell them to do the tires rotation so they had to take my car back in for a tire rotation. Got in my car and ck the tire pressure it was the same reading when I brought it in. Three tires 39 pressure and 1 27 pressure so the didn't even ck the pressure in my tires just rotated them so I was very disappointed with my service. I took my car in on 8/7/2019.
