Gerry Lane had my vehicle a month and three weeks to fix a warrantied transmission failure. When my vehicle was finally returned to me, my truck still doesn't run properly. In addition to that, a technician wrecked my vehicle while at the shop AND damaged my audio system. Afterwards, Clint Smith said he would compensate me for the damages to my audio system and ensure the wrecked portion was repaired. It has been a month and still no results.
