Ben was wonderful and kept me informed through the entire process. We were having issues with our a/c and it took several days to repair. We were offered a rental immediately. We didn't take advantage of that because my wife really wasn't in need of her car for a few days. But I was impressed that it was a benefit we didn't even have to ask for. My only disappointment was that there were grease spots on the driver side floor mat that we had to scrub off. Overall, I've always been happy with Gerry Lane!
