The Service dept is horrible. Lack of professionalism and communication skills. I had appointment for diagnostic of my vehicle, after leaving my truck there for over a week. I pick it and was willing to return once the part came in, it's been 25 plus days and I still have received a call to say the part was in.Needless to say I took my truck to another dealership on Monday morning for diagnostic and it was repaired and ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon.

Had appointment at 9 am , didn’t leave for almost 3 hours. Only getting an oil change , wipers and tire rotation. Was expecting it to take about 1/2 hour. You know they have 5 minute oil changes in town. When I was leaving I noticed the other customer who pulled up when I did and didn’t have an appointment was leaving at the same time. You have no consideration for customer who made appointment as requested.

Every employee is attentive, polite and helpful. When you show up, they come to you and ask how they can help. We were there with an appointment for the oil change and it took about what it has in the past..1 hr.and 15 mins. So, it's not a fast oil change, but they also inspect and the dealership is the place to trust on that. Our interior a/c filter is not owner accessible . Our 2018 had a very dirty filter presented to us and the decision was easy. I trust this dealership.
