Every employee is attentive, polite and helpful. When you show up, they come to you and ask how they can help. We were there with an appointment for the oil change and it took about what it has in the past..1 hr.and 15 mins. So, it's not a fast oil change, but they also inspect and the dealership is the place to trust on that. Our interior a/c filter is not owner accessible . Our 2018 had a very dirty filter presented to us and the decision was easy. I trust this dealership.

I was very disappointed, about the FREE oil changes, I have brought three new vehicles from you guys. And it will be my last… I also had to wait three and a half hours for an oil change. My opinion you could have informed your customer about the changes that you made about for oil changes….. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!

My wait time was EXTREMELY too long. My appointment time was for 9 AM, but my car wasn’t ready until after 4. On top of that, I was charged for my oil change even though I had my Gerry Lane placard clearly visible on my car.

Had an appointment at 10am. Arrived at the dealership at 9:36am. They Couldn’t find my appointment.. had to scan my vehicle in order to bring it up. When I made the appointment I had scheduled an oil change ,tire rotation and replace my washer fluid reservoir that I had purchased on line and brought it with me. After waiting 2 hours for the oil change Danny comes out to tells me it would be another 2 hours and over 200 dollars to replace the reservoir. He waited 2 hours to tell me this??? I advised him don’t change the reservoir. He said ok and went to get my truck. Took another 1/2 an hour… why did it take 2-1/2 hrs to do an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled? I don’t think I will be doing busyness again with Gerry Lane unless it’s a warranty issue. Even though my oil changes are free I will be using another company

The WORSE. Dim drivers side headlight. $507.00, I refused to pay and suggested my next car would be purchased elsewhere. 1 hour later got a call to come back for another check on the light. 2nd trip was told it was an electrical problem. Appointment for Yesterday. Told it would take a long time so shuttle brought me home. Called after I got home to check on timeline (1 hour). Told it was ready and just the light . Again $507.00. I asked about warranty since light has a life span of 10 years. Not covered. WHY??? Got my car back and went to AutoZone. GMC mfg. bulb for $167.11. I am a 77 year old widow. No money to throw away. Whats the point in having extended warranty if it doesn't cover items that should be covered?? And WHY are your people so RUDE and UNCARING??? Do you REALLY want my business?

1) I made an appointment for my truck so that you could get it in and out. 2) What’s the use in having an appointment if it’s going to take over a week? 3) When my vehicle was finally ready, GL tried to charge me for services not rendered. 4) After driving it only 16.2 miles, the check engine light is back on, so it appears I’ve wasted almost $2K, which over $1,700 of it was for the check engine light issue.
