my appointment was scheduled for 8/21/24 for 8:00 the vehicle was dropped off at the dealership at service dept the service agent said they would give a call once the vehicle had been diagnosed the problem with the air conditioning , The service agent called and said he had to call warranty company for approval then called me back he a made arrangements for me to pick up a rental vehicle we picked it up kept until friday the called said my vehicle was ready Good Job!!!!!!

All people encountered were extremely nice and willing to help. From opening doors for me, walking me into service from the sales side, and staying on top of my issue. Bart was my service leader, and he was excellent. There were other people in service (a lady with long dark hair and another lady with lighter hair) who were always friendly and helpful as well. Great job guys! Thanks for turning my sour experience at another local dealer into a great experience with you guys!

I had an appointment for 11am. At 11:05 they pulled my truck out of the tunnel and parked it in the lot. At 1pm my truck was STILL in the same spot in the lot! I asked ���why is my truck still in the lot ��� and nobody had an answer! I asked Kevin the assistant shop manager what am I supposed to do when I get the survey and he responded ���do what you have to do ���. So I went to Bart and he took my vehicle in and completed the recall and oil change in 30 minutes. My question to everyone involved was what would have happened if I would not have asked why is my vehicle sitting in the lot? I guess it would still be sitting there!! After they finished with whatever they did they parked my truck in the front and it sat there until I went asked someone if my truck was finished? There response was ���Oh yeah it���s done ���. Who knows again how long it would have sat there if I wouldn���t have asked. Unbelievable!
