The wait wasn’t that long. Guy in service told me it’ll be 3 hrs because I didn’t have an appointment but it was less than that so I appreciate that!

I had call to schedule oil change maybe Scott said I didn’t need one and I asked for Haley he told me she was off just come in Mon. I came Monday asked for Haley but I don’t know what happened. As I set for over 4 hrs customers came in and left with in hr. I asked how they got in and out and they said they had appointments I said oh no because o asked and was told I didn’t need one. So what is it???

Everything was done except adjusting my air pressure in my tires. I complained about my last two visits they did not reassign my tires when they were rotated. So this time my tire pressure was more in the front and less in the back. This is opposite of the way I asked for them to do. Never expect a complete job from this service department.

Scott efficiently checked me in upon arrival. I gave him my list of items for the service department to check. He called me back a few hours later with update and costs. I really appreciate the shuttle service that brought me to work and picked me up after my vehicle was ready.

The team did fine, it just took a lot longer for the part to come in than expected. Dropped my car off on a Thursday late morning and it wasn’t ready until Tuesday late afternoon.

I was under the impression that they might not be able to put on my tri fold bed cover. The service guy said they had to do the recalls and regular service .I was fine with that.When I got my key he told me the tri fold was on too. I was shocked and happy at the same time. Awesome job!
