Never have I been so disappointed in this dealership. My family and I have come to Gerry Lane dealership since the late 70's. Never have we purchased a vehicle and had trouble with it within a few days of purchase. I must say it is fixed now. But now the dashboard is saying engine oil is low add oil. My question is, was the vehicle checked out before selling it to us. We love the vehicle, but just not expecting to have to bring it in so much. I am greatfull that they do there best to resolve any problems. Thank God for that. They don't mind telling you to bring it in and they will do their best to fix the problem.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, it took another week before the vehicle was looked at. The service representative never returned a call to explain that the vehicle was being looked at in shop. After several attempts to contact the service representative and find out what was going on I only got runaround and he would not return calls even after he said he would return the call. After a week of having part in shop the vehicle was repaired. Very disappointed in service department
