2 hour wait for oil change and tire rotation even though i had an appointment. Oil was not showing on dip stick when i received the truck back. They said they put seven quarts in and it eas fine. I had to use my own quart on oil to bring the level up to good.

Great experience at Gerry Lane! They had my oil changed, air filter replaced, and tires rotated in under an hour. They also found a nail in one of my tires that was causing a slow leak. They didn't have the replacement tire, but it was great to find that out before it was an issue!

Huge shoutout to Aubrey for delivering incredible customer service! 🙌 After dealing with numerous delays trying to get our running board fixed, Aubrey was the one who finally got it done — and done right! From the moment I spoke with him during scheduling, I could tell he was going to be top-notch. I even made sure to get his name because his professionalism and attention to detail stood out immediately. At my appointment, he was informative, efficient, and his communication was spot-on — not just with me, but with everyone in the waiting room. It's rare these days to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Aubrey is one of those rare gems. To top it off, while I was out of town, my husband got a flat and needed a tire replaced. Without hesitation, I called Aubrey — and once again, he did not disappoint. Within hours, the tire was replaced and my husband was back on the road. Yes, having the tire nearby was lucky, but it was Aubrey’s hustle and “get it done” attitude that made it happen...and so quickly! We're beyond grateful for his help. Aubrey, you absolutely deserve this shoutout — thank you for being so awesome! ⭐👏

My salesperson, TY, was very helpful and ensured I got the best service possible. Although there was an issue with my truck and I had to take another vehicle home until they could figure it out, the dealership took care of me and truly out did themselves with the help and attention provided to me.
