My experience was that the employees/customers was not wearing there mask. It has been mandated by the governor to wear masks in public places. So, I was very uncomfortable in the presence of your place of business.

The only thing I didn���t like was there was oil on both floor mats in the front of the vehicle. But the young lady who was working up front came out with wipes and cleaned it up for us. She did a really good job, I can���t remember her name.

John G. was absolutely brilliant with helping me to find the perfect vehicle. I originally wanted the Buick Envision or Enclave but, after test driving it I did not like it. John told me about the GMC Terrain and Acadia. Purchasing a GMC vehicle was the farthest thing from my mind, but after driving the Acadia SLT I was hooked. John went above and beyond. I have never had a vehicle sales representative go above and beyond for me. When it is time for me to purchase another vehicle I will be looking for John G.

No one ever called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. I was only called back if I first called. Even then, there were times that I was not called back. The only time I was called was when my vehicle was ready...which took THREE WEEKS. It took voicing extreme displeasure to finally be supplied a courtesy vehicle. Only to be called two to three days later and being told that the vehicle should not have been supplied to me because it had to many miles. I had to come back to switch to another courtesy vehicle. Never was there an offer to come to me to switch vehicles. I had to use MY time to make the switch. My vehicle was under warranty and I'm glad it was, because I would have picked it back up, after a few days, and taken it somewhere else.
