I scheduled an oil change brought my car super early because I had a funeral to attend. When I picked my car up and left I noticed the sticker on my windshield from my previous oil change was still there. Noone bothered to change that and I also had low tire pressure and my tires definitely needed to be rotated. NOONE said a word just gave me my keys and said have a good day. Service is definitely NOT like it use to be

Everything was great. I placed a reservation for an oil change and tire rotation online. I dropped off my car an hour early, received a call 2 hours later saying my service was complete. It was no wait picking it up.

When ever I bring my truck to the dealership, no one can give you answers and it shouldn't take 3 days to tell me wrong. The dealership didn't try and get me a loaner or a rental car I had to pay people to take me to my appointments. Respectful,

Had to bring my Sierra Denali back so they could program another key since they lost one. Was told that owners manual and info was in vehicle glovebox. No owners manual or packet was in vehicle very dissatisfied with this.

Terrible communication. I live in Lafayette therefore I could not drop off my vehicle. I set up an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced weeks in advance due to this factor. I was told by the service manager Clint it would be done. The vehicle was not done until the next afternoon. Also, once the vehicle was dropped off to me it had to be brought back to Baton Rouge because the truck shook like crazy.

My 2021 GMC Sierra has leaked oil 3 times, which is very disturbing for a new vehicle. The recent check for this leak was diagnosed to be a loose oil filter, according to the technician. I'm definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone.
