I just want to rave about Spencer, He was so calm, understanding, professionally & perfect. I totaled my car by hitting a deer, and needed a car. I was very stressed dealing with my insurance company. Spencer made the process very easy and I feel he went above and beyond by answering all my question and he put me at total ease during the process. The financial part was a little to fast for me. But I understand time is limited and y’all were busy. All in all, it was an awesome experience. I just hope the oil change process is going to be as pleasant and easy as my Royal Buick GMC experience.

I took my car in on January 13,2023 because I had work done on my car at Gerry Lane in December 2022 so I figured since there was already work history for the same issue I had in December bringing the car back 1 month later was the right thing to do. Well I just got my car back from Gerry lane yesterday January 25, 2023 with the issue unresolved. I feel like I was being neglected when trying to reach out for information on my vehicle the reps would tell me I will receive a call back and I didn't I only got information if I called in and even then it was unclear info. but told to look further into the problem with the car would be $550 to see if they could "Figure out" what is. On January 24, 2023 I was told $2400 to repair the fuel pump inside the gas tank and mass inflow system censor after spending almost $1400 1 month ago for the same issue. I feel like I was being taken advantage of and then pushed off to the side because I didn't agree to pay the $2400 both reps. I had contact with (Paul and Hailey) ended of being a bit rude by not returning my calls, not making sure to tell me the car would not be worked on during weekends the tech and my reps. were off both weekends my car was there. Then Hailey said to me that my car was too old that they don't usually work on cars over 10 years old, however I received email, and mail offering to buy my 2013 car to put me in a new one. I did not have a good experience at all.

I purchased a vehicle out of town (Gerry Lane didn't have what I wanted/needed, and I needed a vehicle quick) and decided to try both GMC dealerships in town to decide where I would have my truck serviced. After one visit to Royal, I never intend to return. After one visit with Paul in the service department at Gerry Lane, they are my choice for service, parts, and accessories. Good service is everything to me, and I found it at Gerry Lane GMC.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil and filter change, fuel filter change and a tire rotation. When I got my vehicle back, my tire monitor system light was on and none of the tires would register. Problem is, I recently had two of the tire sensors replaced by Gerry Lane. This was not addressed by the dealership.

My vehicle stayed in the shop for almost a month for what I thought would have been a simple repair. Once the repairs were completed my vehicle was returned to me damaged and had to wait another week for it to be repaired. The damages were not pointed out to me I had to find them and notify management to have them repaired.
