Arrived at 10:30am for my 11:00am appointment. 14 cars ahead of me. Discussed this the service mgr Ryan Sansbury- very rude and really didn���t care about my appointment time. They checked the cabin filter - I refused to have it changed ( I changed it yesterday and discovered that they left a screw out when they put the old filter back in). The tires were rotated but the pressure sensors were not corrected. There were oily handprints on the hood and oily fingerprints on driver, passenger doors and glove compartment.

Waited over 2 hours for routine oil change and tire rotation. Had an apointment snd that was a joke. I am a new customer and this type of service did not leave me with a good impression of your dealership. Most of the people that were waiting for their vehicles were there when I got there and were still there when I left. It seems like there is a problem with service manager. Total chaos and u organized.

My vehicle was serviced on 9/7 and 9/10. What should have been a simple oil change, resulted in the technician spilling oil on the engine (so I was told, by one of the employees). I noticed major oil leakage on the pavement at my house, along with the smell of engine oil, which resulted in me returning to the service department on 9/10. A guy made me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about, and asked the female to check me in. The end result, I hope was for them to take care of the problem. Because of the weather, I haven't driven my vehicle but I promise that I will return if I continue to see a leak. I have never experienced service like this from Gerry Lane In almost four years of owning this vehicle. Also, the first printout from 9/7 showed my tire pressure was checked and filled, but that was incorrect. My tires were checked and properly inflated when I returned on 9/10. I'm very disappointed.
